Exercise: 1 hour on the elliptical

Thoughts for today:
Overate again today, although after I did, I made myself get up and exercise for an hour.  I talked with J about the sabotage, which by the way, he did again tonight.  For a person who has a problem with overeating, especially when there's too much food, I really wish he wouldn't just act like it's no big deal, this eating bad.  Ugh, I wish it would click with him!!!
