Thoughts for today:
I've been a slacker. Ugh, this is a pain in the butt! Today, I dressed up in pajamas, slippers and a robe, and carried around a newspaper and coffee mug. Only one of my co-workers dressed up like we discussed yesterday! The rest of of them wore their normal clothes. Oh well.
Anyways, still working on getting in control. I CAN do this!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
We never repent of having eaten too little.
In eating, a third of the stomach should be filled with food, a third with drink and the rest left empty.
If you wish to grow thinner, diminish your dinner.
