Day Twenty-four

Calories eaten: 2300
Cups of water: 10
Cigarettes smoked: 3
Exercise: None extra. :(

Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About 100 calories

Thoughts for today:
I did ok today, until dinnertime.  But tomorrow's another day.  That's what I have a hard time remembering.  And I only have to make it one day at a time.  If I could just make one day of good decisions, then I would be a success.  Then it would be the next day.  Why am I having such a hard time doing that?
