Day Twenty-three

Calories eaten: 2300
Cups of water: 10
Cigarettes smoked: 3
Exercise: 1 hour on the elliptical

Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About 1369 calories

Thoughts for today: I didn't do a great job today, eating well, but I did exercise, and there was definitely a calorie deficit, which is at least the start of the right idea.  I wish we had another day this weekend.  It sucks that we have to go back to work tomorrow! :(  But at least dinner is already made!
