That's a calorie deficit of: 1147calories burned
Thoughts for today:
I was going to do great today, but J ended up working late and since I had to wait for him, we stopped at Subway on the way home. I always end up going overboard at subway, even though the food can be healthy. Tomorrow night, whole wheat spaghetti and green beans!
