Day Seventeen

Calories eaten: 2400 approximately
Cups of water: 12
Cigarettes smoked:4
Exercise: Chased the kids around the house with pillows for awhile.  It was definitely a workout and made my asthma kick up.
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About 0 calories

Thoughts for today:
The kids were tuckered out from said pillow-chasing/fight above, and T fell asleep on his bedroom floor! LOL, it was too cute.  When he's asleep anyways.  Their mom should be back tomorrow, so we should be done once we get them off to school. YAY!

Anyone excited for the Walking Dead in 3 weeks??? I'm stoked! Can't wait for it!
