Calories eaten: 1967 approximately
Cups of water: 8
Cigarettes smoked: 2
Exercise: No official exercise, but walked around the house alot, washed the dog, moved quite a bit. Again. I MISS MY ELLIPTICAL!!!
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About 434 calories
