Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of:  1323 calories burned

Thoughts for today:
Ugh, J ruined it again! LOL, he was stuck on the idea of pizza because the pizza place was closed yesterday.  So we had pizza.  Darn it!  It's really hard to resist pizza.  Tomorrow, whole wheat pasta spaghetti.  Period.
