Calories eaten: 1620
Cups of water:10
Cigarettes smoked: 3
Exercise: 1 hour on the elliptical
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: 2039 calories

Thoughts for today:
 Definitely did better. I knew I could do it!  Got home from work and actually made dinner with J.  And I did  exercise!  Woot!
