Day Seven

Calories eaten: Not sure, but I'm sure more than I should have.
Cups of water: 10
Cigarettes smoked: 3
Exercise: None except walking around ALOT at work
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: ? calories

Thoughts for today:
J and I are babysitting a couple of our co-worker's kids for 11 days at their house, so I don't have access to my elliptical, and it's a little bit harder counting calories, and/or blogging with a couple of slightly (whiny) kids around.   This blog is actually a day late, but I couldn't get on the internet.
