Day Ten

Calories eaten: 2000 approximately
Cups of water: 9
Cigarettes smoked: 2
Exercise: No official exercise, but walked around the house alot, washed the dog, moved quite a bit
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About 400 calories

Thoughts for today:
I'm blogging and saving the drafts until I have time to post the blog.  This baby-sitting thing is a pain in the tush!
