Day Twenty-two

Calories eaten: 2000 approximately
Cups of water: 9
Cigarettes smoked: 4
Exercise: None intentional, but I did the freezer cooking, so was standing literally all day.  I only sat for lunch, about 30 minutes between 10am and 4:40pm.
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About 400 calories

Thoughts for today:
I did alright today.  I did a bunch of freezer cooking and put 46 dinner servings, 18 breakfast servings and 4 dessert servings in the freezer!  They're all healthy, which will be great!  I won't have to cook every day after work, which I can so appreciate.

My weight this morning was 293.4 pounds, which is a loss from my last weigh-in. YES!
