Day ninteen

Calories eaten: 2850 approximately
Cups of water: 12
Cigarettes smoked: 3
Exercise: Nothing extra. :(  This weekend, I really hope I can get a handle on all this.
Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About -450 calories

Thoughts for today:
Crazy day at work today.  This week feels like it's going slower than molasses!
