Thoughts for today:
Still not 100% on track, but I am still tracking everything, and I know that just doing the tracking shows me that I'm making some kind of effort.  J and I went shopping today for fruits and veggies and other stuff to have in our house to eat instead of the garbage.  Hopefully, we'll make progress together!
