Thoughts for today:
I think I've realized I need to learn how to eat properly. I need to learn how to control my emotions and find ways to divert myself when I feel like eating. J and I decided we're going to try weight watchers again. (We had to stop before because of money, but we had both lost nearly 31 pounds before then). I'll be signing up tomorrow, and I'm excited because I know that WW helps you to learn how to eat better, and to control those swings. Wish me luck!
