Thoughts for today:
Better today. I think I was just worn out from the workweek. Crap happens!
I cooked brown rice, chicken and vegetables today and added teriyaki sauce, which turned out quite delicious and healthy. What messed today up was the chips and cheese I had for my morning/lunch meal. Crappy! The exciting part is that J started Weight Watchers today, which I think will be really helpful. We set our first goal at 10 pounds. Whoever reaches that first gets $100. And then we'll restart to the next 10 pound goal and another $100. We seem to work out pretty well when we have our goals and rewards in place, so I'm really hoping that this helps us change our eating habits for the better. YAY!
