Thoughts for today:
Wow, it sure is easy to get out of the habit of writing daily.   I'm trying to think of blogging as a daily regimen; something to do each and every day.

I'm still not doing well eating-wise.  I don't understand why I'm having such a hard time; I just know that I need to change my attitude toward food, but it really is so much harder when your spouse doesn't support that at all.  He said he'd join weight watchers too, but so far, he's waffled in that too.  Sucks because we both did so whll when we were both trying hard, and supporting and challenging each other.
