Calories eaten: 2800 approximately
Cups of water: 8
Cigarettes smoked: 3
Exercise: None extra. :(

Basic Metabolic Rate: Approximately 2400 calories
That's a calorie deficit of: About -400 calories

Thoughts for today:
I feel very lame.  I know how this works but I haven't been very good at getting into the swing of things yet.  J is sick, so my schedule feel kind of messed up.  I can do this, just one day at a time!
